Although we specialize in providing experts in consumer goods & services (especially footwear and apparel), we can also conduct a bespoke search for any type of consultant at no risk to you; there is no commitment.

We have consultants at various levels from analyst to previous VP’s, accommodating various skill gaps and budgets.

Consultants can fill roles temporarily while leaders are looking for their long-term all-star, or provide back-up when someone is out on leave, or help you manage turnover.

If you find a consultant that is not yet in the Gorge Global network but would like to use our existing relationship to onboard said consultant, we will interview them to determine eligibility.

If all looks good, we can set them up using our existing agreements, allowing a speedy onboarding process.
The process in action

1. We meet with you to understand your needs
2. We conduct a search via our network of independent consultants
3. We vet talent against your wish list of skills and experience
4. We consolidate resumes and/or proposals and provide options
5. We keep you anonymous to consultants until you request a meet and greet
6. We arrange interviews for you to meet your matches
7. We review consultant’s bill rates and find creative ways to scope the work to your budget
8. Once a match is made, we handle legal contracts, provide business insurance, and take care of invoicing and tax forms.
9. After our consultants complete their projects, we collect feedback from you and only recommend those with outstanding client feedback for additional assignments.
